A new update for Windows 10 and Windows server was made available by Microsoft on May 27, 2020. Unfortunately, this update is incompatible with all Mountains® software versions published prior to June 9, 2020 because it affects the drivers of the security key (HASP/Aladdin drivers) used to manage Mountains® licences. (Official information available on the Microsoft website). To solve this problem, it is important that you install the most recent version of Mountains® available to you on the Software Updates page. Otherwise, you can choose to update the HASP drivers alone by following the steps described on this page.

There are 2 issues you may encounter. They are described below:

3. Right-click and run (as administrator) “reinstall_hasp_run_as_admin.bat”, to install the new HASP driver 7.103.
4. Perform the update of Windows 10 to version 2004.
